The argument came before the book. This page gathers the talks, podcasts and articles that led to The Bill Always Arrives.
The thesis
Pipeline is not a marketing problem or a motivation problem. It is a capacity problem with an economic bill attached, and the bill always arrives.
The plain answer
Pipeline economics asks whether a sales team has enough real capacity to create the pipeline it has been set.
It looks at the market, account list, contact data, seller time and manager support before it blames marketing or motivation. When capacity does not match the target, the cost still appears: wasted time, more tools, missed pipeline or extra headcount. That is the bill.
The evidence
Each entry links to the original source. The red notes mark facts or context that Gerry still needs to add. Nothing has been filled in from memory.
